What we look for

  • 18 years or older with legal right to work in Aruba
  • Minimum 2 years of childcare experience
  • Conversational English (Papiamento, Dutch or Spanish a plus)
  • Two verifiable childcare references
  • Willing to complete a background screening
  • Reliable transport and punctual, professional attitude

Our Babysitters must sign a none complete agreement before officially being accepted to work with our team. In addition, our babysitters must also provide a Good Conduct Certification from the Ministry Of Justice of Aruba. Our selection process is simple if you get selected for a virtual interview you will be contacted. If you have not been contacted after 15 days of submitting your application it's because it has not been selected.
