Our rigorous screening process is meant to alleviate any stress and apprehension of having a new sitter in your home; hotel or villa and with your children. If a sitter is new to your family, we suggest booking 30 minutes early, this will allow time to engage with your sitter and children.

Yes. All of our sitters are required to be CPR certified upon hiring so that in the event of an emergency, the sitters are equipped to act accordingly.

Yes! We encourage you to communicate with your sitter while you are away so that you feel most comfortable. Sitter’s are instructed to update the parent(s) every few hours unless otherwise specified from the parent(s).
Yes. You can favorite your top Sitters. Pending the schedule of the sitter, we strive to match you with your preferred sitters!
You don’t. BEST BABYSITTING SERVICES holds all credit card information on file in order to confirm your reservation. Your card will be charged once the booking has been completed. BEST BABYSITTING SERVICES will allocate pay to your sitter.
Reservations must be booked exclusively through Tender Babysitters Care Aruba. Tender Babysitters Care Aruba is under strict contract to not work for any client or third party outside of Tender Babysitters Care Aruba. No exceptions. If you hire one of our sitters out of our reservation system without us knowing you will be exposing that sitter to a legal problem in the following aspects:
* No insurance coverage
* Monetary Fine due to not adhering to our agency work contract
* Being de-platformed from our website and also fired from our agency.
BEST BABYSITTING SERVICES’ cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Cancellation or modification for 1-time babysitting requests made less than 24 hours before reservation time will be charged our flat fee of $75.
For all reservations, we charge 100% of the canceled bookings upfront.
Cancellations and/or modifications must be made directly through the BEST BABYSITTING SERVICES corporate team, and never with your sitter. No exceptions.
Cancellations are allowed as per our cancelation policy only.
BEST BABYSITTING SERVICES will charge your card, upfront right after your reservation has been confirmed. We do not hold credit card information. You will process your payment directly from the comfort of you home via our secure payment link system.
Yes!……. You can book a Sitter through BEST BABYSITTING SERVICES for hourly care. While we can’t guarantee one Sitter, you’ll have an option of 1-3 candidates to use on rotation; always depending on availability.
