Our family traveled to Aruba for a long weekend with our 9-month-old son, knowing that true relaxation might be a challenge, especially since this was our first time traveling with him. Thankfully, Chante came highly recommended by a family member who had used her babysitting services and absolutely loved her. We do not regret using TBC Aruba; they were responsive and easy to work with. We were a bit hesitant to use a nanny as our son was so young, but Cecilia has been amazing and took really great care of our two months old for about two weeks. She was so nice, genuinely caring and super easy to talk to which made leaving her our newborn son easy. You can see she loves children and is a good person; she was also punctual, friendly, transparent and trustworthy. She is fantastic and we definitely recommend her.

TBC Aruba has been caring for visiting families since 2010.
Our rigorous screening process is meant to alleviate any stress and apprehension of having a new sitter in your home; hotel or villa and with your children. If a sitter is new to your family, we suggest booking 30 minutes early, this will allow time to engage with your sitter and children.
TBC Aruba requires every sitter to pass our screening before their first booking: an interview, two verified childcare references and a background check. The safety of your children is the value we hold highest, which is why we take these steps before a sitter ever joins our team.
Yes. All of our sitters are required to be CPR certified upon hiring so that in the event of an emergency, the sitters are equipped to act accordingly.
TBC Aruba is happy to work with you in finding a sitter that is familiar with, and capable of, the care and needs of a special needs child.
TBC Aruba wants you to have the best possible experience, this is why we only hire the best!
If for some reason it is not a match between your family, and one of our sitters, we will find a replacement sitter immediately; just let us know.
Yes! We encourage you to communicate with your sitter while you are away so that you feel most comfortable. Sitter’s are instructed to update the parent(s) every few hours unless otherwise specified from the parent(s).
Yes. You can favorite your top Sitters. Pending the schedule of the sitter, we strive to match you with your preferred sitters!
You don’t. Once your reservation is confirmed, you pay TBC Aruba upfront through our secure payment link, and TBC Aruba pays your sitter. We do not keep any credit card information. Any extra hours beyond your booking are paid in cash directly to the sitter. Please also let us know by WhatsApp or email how many extra hours your sitter worked and how much you paid in cash.
Reservations must be booked exclusively through Tender Babysitters Care Aruba. Tender Babysitters Care Aruba is under strict contract to not work for any client or third party outside of Tender Babysitters Care Aruba. No exceptions. If you hire one of our sitters out of our reservation system without us knowing you will be exposing that sitter to a legal problem in the following aspects:
* Monetary Fine due to not adhering to our agency work contract
* Being de-platformed from our website and also fired from our agency.
TBC Aruba cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Cancellation or modification for 1-time babysitting requests made less than 24 hours before reservation time will be charged our flat fee of $75.
For all reservations, we charge 100% of the canceled bookings upfront.
Cancellations and/or modifications must be made directly through the TBC Aruba team, and never with your sitter. No exceptions.
Cancellations are allowed as per our cancelation policy only.
TBC Aruba will charge your card, upfront right after your reservation has been confirmed. We do not hold credit card information. You will process your payment directly from the comfort of you home via our secure payment link system.
Yes!……. You can book a Sitter through TBC Aruba for hourly care. While we can’t guarantee one Sitter, you’ll have an option of 1-3 candidates to use on rotation; always depending on availability.
